Terms of Service
Last updated 25 August 2026
These terms govern your use of legalwebagency.com and any services you buy from Legal Web Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are and what we do
Legal Web Agency is a web design and digital marketing studio working with law firms in the United States. We design and build websites, write website and blog content, and provide search engine optimisation and related marketing services.
Using this website
You may read, print and share our articles for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:
- republish our content on another website or in a commercial product without written permission;
- copy, scrape or systematically extract material from this site;
- use the site in any way that damages it, interferes with other users, or breaks any law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
Intellectual property
All text, images, layout, logos and code on this website belong to Legal Web Agency or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Stock photography used on this site is licensed from its respective providers.
Work we produce for a client is a separate matter. Ownership of deliverables transfers as set out in the written proposal or contract for that engagement, normally on receipt of full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the contract says otherwise.
Quotes, engagement and payment
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Prices shown in articles or on service pages are indicative only. Work begins when both parties have agreed a written proposal covering scope, timeline and fees. Payment terms, deposits and milestones are set out in that proposal. Late payment may result in work being paused.
No guarantee of results
Search rankings, traffic levels, enquiry volumes and case counts depend on many factors outside our control, including competitor activity, changes to search engine algorithms, your market, and your own follow-up processes. We apply established practice and report honestly on what we do, but we do not promise any particular ranking, traffic figure, number of enquiries or revenue outcome, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to third-party websites and uses third-party tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or their handling of your data. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of anything published here.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Legal Web Agency against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. We will update the date at the top of the page when we make a change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the courts of the state in which Legal Web Agency is established.
